In Dak Lak province, the "Trade Union Meal" event was held at Able Joy Dak Lak Garment Co., Ltd. and Dak Man Vietnam Co., Ltd. respectively.
Ms. H' Joan Kđoh (residing in Krong Ana district) - a worker at Able Joy Dak Lak Garment Company Limited - said that she has worked here for more than 1 year, her income and job are stable. Every month, she sends money home to help her family.
"Normally, the meals are quite good, but the "Trade Union Meal" is much more special. Not only is the quality better, but the quantity of food is also greater. I am very happy and my brothers and sisters in the company can freely eat it. meal" - Ms. H' Joan Kđoh added.
Each meal, depending on the menu, includes dishes such as salty braised shrimp, stir-fried bitter melon with eggs, pumpkin soup with ground meat, fried chicken thighs with onion fat, fruit dessert, soft drinks, milk... The value of this meal ranges from 50,000 to 60,000 VND, much higher than usual.
Reality shows that the majority of workers of the two above-mentioned enterprises are excited to attend the "Trade Union Meal". Because there are still many poor workers in extremely difficult circumstances, they still spend conservatively every day to save money to feed their children, cover family living expenses...

The Trade Union of Able Joy Dak Lak Garment Co., Ltd. was launched in May 2023. This is the grassroots trade union with the largest number of members among the total of 55 grassroots trade unions under the Industry and Trade sector.

In recent times, the Trade Union has regularly taken care of the lives of workers, dividing working shifts and ensuring welfare for union members. Most recruited workers will receive on-the-job training. After one month, workers can sign a labor contract, pay insurance, join the trade union and receive bonuses on holidays.
According to Ms. Kieu, the organization of the "Trade Union Meal" is organized annually by the company's Trade Union, thereby improving the meal as well as capturing the thoughts and aspirations of the workers.
