Disseminate grassroots democracy regulations to union officials

Dak Lak - Many union officials have been instructed and disseminated important topics in the organization, especially the implementation of grassroots democracy regulations.

On October 6, the Dak Lak Province Trade Union of Industry and Trade informed that the unit had organized a training conference on trade union work for more than 70 officials at affiliated grassroots trade unions.

At the conference, delegates were informed by reporters from the Provincial Federation of Labor about important topics in trade union organization.

Including contents on financial work; inspection and supervision work; implementation of democracy regulations at the grassroots level.

Mr. Hoang Anh Tuan - Chairman of the Dak Lak Province Industry and Trade Union said that improving the quality of grassroots union staff in the current period is an inevitable requirement to improve operations in affiliated units.

Currently, union officials in many units change frequently. Therefore, equipping, training and updating union professional knowledge for union officials is very necessary.

Thereby, helping union officials to effectively organize and implement tasks in their working units.

"This is also an opportunity for industry union officials to exchange, learn, discuss, and share good experiences and good practices. From there, they can work together to resolve difficulties and obstacles to effectively implement union activities in each agency, unit, and enterprise," Mr. Tuan added.
