After 2 days of exciting competition between 14 teams with nearly 100 contestants, the Provincial Excellent Trade Union Officer Competition organized by the Dien Bien Provincial Labor Federation ended with many emotions. The teams went through 3 rounds including: Greeting, general knowledge, and situation handling.
According to Ms. Lau Thi Thanh Huong - Permanent Vice President of Dien Bien Provincial Labor Federation, the contest has contributed to disseminating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies on trade union work to all cadres, union members, civil servants and workers. Raising awareness and responsibility of trade union cadres in performing assigned tasks.
"At the same time, we will strengthen exchanges, learning and sharing of experiences, making an important contribution to the implementation of trade union functions and tasks at all levels in the province," Ms. Huong added.
At the end of the 2024 Dien Bien Provincial Excellent Trade Union Cadre Competition, the Organizing Committee awarded 17 prizes, including 1 First Prize, 2 Second Prizes, 3 Third Prizes, 8 Consolation Prizes and 3 Consolation Prizes (the team with the best greeting, the team with the best question answering, the team with the best situation handling). The team from the Tuan Giao District Labor Federation excellently won the First Prize.
