On March 13, the Center for Training and fostering Trade Union Officials of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor coordinated with the Dong Thap Provincial Federation of Labor to organize a professional training conference for more than 100 Trade Union officials in the province.
Attending were Ms. Huynh Thi Tuyet Vui - President of the Provincial Federation of Labor, Ms. Huynh Thi Thu Thuy - Permanent Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tuan - Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor.
Speaking at the conference, Ms. Huynh Thi Tuyet Vui - President of the Dong Thap Provincial Federation of Labor - said that training and fostering trade union skills for trade union officials in the province is a regular and important task that is of interest to trade unions at all levels. This training conference helps trade union officials practice trade union skills and professional skills.
Ms. Vui hopes that the Trade Union cadres will focus, be serious, responsible, actively discuss and share with the reporters about the difficulties and problems from the grassroots reality, thereby effectively applying knowledge to effectively carry out the requirements and tasks set by the Trade Union organization in the current period.
At the training conference, delegates listened to Ms. Pham Thi Sam - Deputy Director in charge of the Center for Training and fostering Trade Union Officials of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor - share 3 topics: Innovation of Trade Union activities in the new context; women's work in grassroots trade unions; emulation and reward of grassroots trade unions.
According to the plan, on March 14, the Center for Training and fostering Trade Union Officials will continue to organize a thematic training course on basic bidding operations; financial work, and trade union assets.
