On the afternoon of December 2, the Hong Ngu City Labor Federation organized the acceptance and handover of the Trade Union Shelter house to Mr. Le Van Lanh - a member of the Trade Union of An Lac Ward, Hong Ngu City, Dong Thap Province.
The house has a total area of 100 square meters, built in the style of a level 4 house, with a corrugated iron roof. The total value of the house is 180 million VND, of which the Dong Thap Provincial Labor Federation supported 55 million VND, the rest was contributed by the family.
Speaking at the handover ceremony, Ms. Truong Thi Be Sau - President of the Hong Ngu City Labor Federation - congratulated the union members' families on having a new house to stabilize their lives, work and study with peace of mind, and complete assigned tasks well.
Ms. Be Sau said that the program to support the Trade Union Shelter has become a social activity with a wide-reaching influence, demonstrating the spirit of solidarity, mutual love and support, which has been widely supported by union members and workers. Through the program, it has contributed to building trust and realizing the dreams of settling down for union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
Moved by receiving support from the Trade Union Shelter, union member Le Van Lanh expressed his gratitude for the attention and support from the Trade Union at all levels and local authorities. This is the motivation for him to overcome difficulties in life, work with peace of mind, and contribute to the overall development of the Trade Union organization.
