On September 7, the Gia Lai Provincial Labor Federation announced that it had just coordinated with Saigon Real Estate Corporation - LLC to hand over 2 "Union Shelters" to union members with difficult housing circumstances in Kong Chro and Ia Pa districts.
The first house was given to union member Dinh Thi A Ngonh (residing in Brul village, Cho Long commune, Kong Chro district). Ms. A Ngonh was a union member of the Cho Long commune grassroots union. She had a small child but unfortunately became seriously ill and passed away in 2023.
Her home is a stilt house built with a total area of 100m2, with a total construction cost of 140 million VND. Of which, Saigon Real Estate Corporation - One Member Co., Ltd. supported 70 million VND (50 million VND to support house construction, 20 million VND to support purchasing household items such as beds, wardrobes, tables, chairs, etc.).
On this occasion, Saigon Real Estate Corporation - LLC presented Ms. Dinh Thi A Ngonh's family with a 32-inch TV, 2 million VND in cash and 2 cartons of milk; the Provincial Labor Federation gave her family a gift.

The second house was given to union member Ksor H'Bloan in Plơi Ama Đá village, Chư Mố commune, Ia Pa district. She is a union member of the IaPa District People's Court's grassroots union.
As a janitor at the unit, Ms. H'Bloan's family is a poor household in Plơi Ama Đá village, with an average income of only 2.9 million VND/month and is raising a young child alone.
Her family's new home was built with a total area of 40m2, the construction cost was 90 million VND. Of which, Saigon Real Estate Corporation - One Member Co., Ltd. supported 70 million VND.
At the house handover ceremony, Saigon Real Estate Corporation - LLC gave Ms. Ksor H'Bloan's family an additional 2 million VND in cash and 2 cartons of milk; the Provincial Labor Federation gave her family a gift.
