The Hai Duong Provincial Labor Federation has provided financial support for the repair of the "Union Shelter" to union member Nguyen Thi Huong Thuy and union member Nguyen Thi Huong (member of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism's grassroots union).
Through a field survey, the Trade Union of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hai Duong province recorded the difficult situation of union member Nguyen Thi Huong Thuy, who is currently raising 2 children alone and living with her elderly and sick parents. The family of union member Nguyen Thi Huong Thuy lives in a level 4 house that has seriously degraded.
Union member Nguyen Thi Huong Thuy shared: "Previously, our house was damaged and dilapidated, making it difficult for my children and I to live. With the support of the Union at all levels, from now on, we have a solid and spacious house to live in peace."
Meanwhile, member Nguyen Thi Huong lives with her child in a cramped, damp house at the end of a small alley in Hai Duong City. Although she has long wanted to renovate the house to make it more solid, because she is the only one who has to support her child's education and does not receive support from her family, member Nguyen Thi Huong does not have enough money to repair it.
At the fund-raising ceremony to support union member Nguyen Thi Huong and union member Nguyen Thi Huong Thuy, each person received 30 million VND from the Social Fund of the Hai Duong Provincial Labor Federation.
Faced with the difficult circumstances of the two union members, Mr. Nguyen Van Quyet - Permanent Vice President of the Hai Duong Provincial Labor Federation encouraged the two union members to continue to overcome difficulties and rise up in life.
Representatives of the superior union and the grassroots union also gave practical gifts to help the families of the two union members overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.
