The program "Trade Union Tet Market 2025" aims to create a joyful, warm and united atmosphere of Trade Unions at all levels, union members and workers in carrying out local political tasks; mobilizing the participation and cooperation of Party committees at all levels, local authorities, employers and the whole society to increasingly better care for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.
Through activities that help union members and workers better understand the role, responsibility and contributions of the Trade Union organization. From there, union members and workers trust and are attached to the Trade Union organization, contributing to the development of union members; creating motivation, encouraging and motivating workers to work more productively, with higher quality and efficiency, and to be attached to the enterprise and Hai Duong province.
The program "Union Tet Market 2025" is expected to have 30 - 35 booths, each booth has an area of about 9m2 (3m x 3m), with essential goods and consumer goods to meet the daily needs and shopping needs of union members and workers at preferential prices of 15% or more, to bring more benefits to union members and workers.
Of which, 10-15 booths were invited by the Provincial Federation of Labor to units to sign cooperation agreements, welfare programs for union members and workers, and some participating enterprises and coordinated with the Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to invite enterprises, cooperatives, and business households to participate.
20 booths by the Labor Federations of districts, towns, cities, Industry Trade Unions, Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Unions, Provincial Industrial Park Trade Unions invited units to sign cooperation agreements, welfare programs for union members, workers, enterprises, cooperatives, and business households to participate.
For the "Zero-VND Booth" program on the occasion of Tet, the expected number of booths is 5, including products, essential goods, and daily consumer goods for union members and workers.
The Provincial Federation of Labor plans to issue 2,000 vouchers for 0 VND, and assign them to the direct superior unions to direct the grassroots unions to send them to union members and workers who are still in difficulty and have low incomes, each person will receive 1 voucher; each voucher costs 0 VND, the value of the goods is about 200,000 VND.
