This is an activity to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025).
At the program, the leaders of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Party Committee presented admission decisions to 40 outstanding people; at the same time, thoroughly explained the duties and powers of party members, the tasks of the Party Cell, and assigned official party members to continue helping new party members during their probationary period.
40 union officials and outstanding workers are typical faces, representing the advanced workforce from 25 enterprises in key industrial parks in Hai Phong city such as An Duong, Dinh Vu, Nam Cau Kien, Nhat Ban, Trang Due, VSIP.
Among the 40 new party members, the majority are women (27/40), the workforce is young, well-trained, and highly qualified (62.5% have university or college degrees), 47.5% of party members have foreign language certificates in English, Korean, Chinese, and Japanese.
It is known that since the beginning of the Party Congress term, the Economic Zone Trade Union at all levels has introduced 1,285 outstanding people to the Party Committee, reaching 147.5% compared to the previous term (871 outstanding people). The Hai Phong Economic Zone Trade Union coordinated with the Party Committee's Propaganda Department to organize 12 classes to foster awareness of the Party, equipping the outstanding people with the necessary provisions on the path to striving to join the Party.
