Hoa Binh Provincial Labor Federation deploys tasks for the last 3 months of the year

On September 30, the Hoa Binh Provincial Federation of Labor (FLD) held a preliminary review of the first 9 months of the year and deployed key tasks for the last 3 months of 2024.

Hoa Binh province currently has nearly 78,000 workers, civil servants, and laborers (CNVCLD), of which nearly 64,900 union members are active in 1,065 grassroots unions under the management of the Provincial Federation of Labor.

In the first 9 months of the year, the Trade Unions at all levels in the province regularly grasped the living and working situations, coordinated to resolve many policies and regimes, and protected the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.

At the same time, 16 propaganda and legal advice classes were organized for nearly 7,400 union members and employees of 172 non-state enterprise unions. 63 enterprises proposed and negotiated with employers to adjust the value of shift meals according to regulations.

Since the beginning of the year, trade unions at all levels have organized gift giving to 11,800 union members and workers with a total amount of 5 billion 228 million VND. Resources have been mobilized to support the construction of 10 new "Trade Union Shelters" with a total cost of nearly 340 million VND.

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and agreeing on a number of key tasks and solutions to carry out the tasks for the last 3 months of 2024. In particular, focusing on performing well the function of representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of employees.

On this occasion, the Provincial Federation of Labor awarded collectives with outstanding achievements in directing and participating in the Online Contest "Workers, civil servants, and laborers learn about occupational safety and hygiene".
