Authorized by the Kien Giang Provincial Labor Federation, on October 10, the Giong Rieng District Labor Federation organized the handover of the Trade Union Shelter to union member Le Van Thua, Trade Union of Ban Tan Dinh Commune.

The house was built in Rach Cu hamlet, Ban Thach commune, Giong Rieng district, with an area of ​​60 square meters, with a total construction cost of 80 million VND. Of which, the Trade Union Shelter Fund supported 50 million VND, the rest was contributed by the family.

Union member Le Van Thua has worked for more than 12 years, is a non-professional cadre in Ban Tan Dinh commune. Union member Thua's family situation is very difficult, the family has 5 people but all living expenses can only depend on Thua.

With the attention of the grassroots Trade Union, the Giong Rieng District Labor Federation proposed that the Kien Giang Provincial Labor Federation support union members to build houses from the Trade Union Shelter Fund.

At the house handover ceremony, union member Le Van Thua thanked the Trade Union for creating favorable conditions to support his family in building a new house, having a place to settle down and work with peace of mind.

The Chairman of the Giong Rieng District Labor Federation also presented a housewarming gift from the Provincial Labor Federation to union member Le Van Thua.
