On October 7, the U Minh Thuong District Labor Federation (Kien Giang) organized a training course on emulation and reward work and union financial and asset management for 65 trainees who are union officials in charge of emulation and reward work and grassroots union accounting in the district.
Mr. Nguyen Van Cuoc - Chairman of the U Minh Thuong District Labor Federation - said that this training course aims to strengthen training and professional development for the team of Trade Union officials, equip knowledge, skills and expertise for grassroots Trade Union officials to perform well their assigned duties and responsibilities, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the Trade Union Congress at all levels.
Thereby improving the quality and efficiency of the Union staff, especially the grassroots Union staff, in emulation and reward work in general and in the Union system in particular. Thereby, grasping and implementing well the new regulations and guidelines contributes to improving the quality of emulation and reward work as well as the activities of the Union organization.
For the Union accounting force, they are trained in basic professional knowledge and Union financial work; have skills and are proficient in using Union accounting software.
