On November 14, Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Ny - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of F1 Biotechnology Company Limited (Lam Dong province) said that the unit operates in the field of applied biology, production and export of tissue seedlings. Workers work with high technology and engineering in a professional environment.
Currently, the company has 163 employees. The union has promoted its role as a representative, caring for the rights and lives of union members. In particular, 100% of union members, workers and their relatives were visited and encouraged in a timely manner when they were sick or in distress.
The union coordinates with the company to give gifts to union members and workers on holidays, Tet, and birthdays; give gifts to union members' children on the occasion of Children's Day and Mid-Autumn Festival. All union members receive a 13th month salary bonus and a Tet gift worth 400,000 VND/person.
The unit maintained the emulation movement "Becoming excellent employee of the year", recording 6 union members achieving the title of golden employee, 10 union members achieving silver employee and 24 union members achieving bronze employee. In addition, 1 union member was awarded by the Provincial Labor Federation as "Outstanding Worker for Enterprises" in 2024.

Ms. Ny affirmed that in the coming time, the union will continue to innovate the content of activities, promote the spirit of solidarity and creativity of union members and workers. At the same time, there is propaganda work, mobilizing workers to study to improve their skills, promoting digital transformation in the application of biotechnology.
