On February 27, Ms. Mai Thi Hong Khanh - Chairwoman of the Lam Dong Provincial Health Sector Trade Union said that Pasteur Da Lat Medical Center operates under the model of a limited liability company, a non-state enterprise, operating under a socialist-oriented market economy mechanism.
According to Ms. Khanh, the leaders and trade unions of the Center always care about the material and spiritual life of workers.
Recently, the grassroots trade union was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, and the enterprise was also honored by Lam Dong province as a typical enterprise for workers.
This unit has a policy of reducing the price of medical examination and treatment services for union members and workers at all levels of trade unions in the province by 10% or more, Ms. Mai Thi Hong Khanh added.
Deputy Director, Chairman of the Trade Union of Pasteur Da Lat Medical Center - Mr. Nguyen Trieu Hai shared that the trade union and unit leaders always coordinate closely to build a good working environment, creating conditions for workers to assert themselves, contribute and accompany the development of the center.
In addition to salary, workers also enjoy many benefits such as support for shift meals, gasoline, phone... with an average of over 15 million VND/person/year.
In addition, the center also organizes cultural, sports, birthday activities, sightseeing, and timely visits and support for union members and workers when they are sick, have family gifts, parties or are in difficulty.
"We strive to increase the average income of workers to over 20 million VND/month, helping them feel secure in their dedication and dedicated service," Mr. Nguyen Trieu Hai affirmed.
