The subjects that the unit cares about and visits promptly are union members, workers in difficult circumstances, people with long-term illnesses, serious illnesses or accidents, natural disasters, fires, etc.

“We launched the movement “Mutual love, mutual support - No one is left behind” in grassroots unions. This movement has been enjoyed and actively participated in by union members and workers. Many units and enterprises also agreed and joined hands with the union to organize this movement” - Chairman of Duc Trong District Labor Federation Luu Van Loi shared.
According to Mr. Loi, to have funds to organize and take care of union members and workers, the unit has to increase the mobilization of social resources. The largest and most sustainable resource comes from support from employers.
“To do so, the union must affirm its position and voice in the unit and enterprise. The union in each place must have its own, appropriate way of working to accompany them to develop better and better,” Mr. Luu Van Loi emphasized.
Mr. Pham Ngoc Phuoc - Chairman of the Trade Union of Vien Son Company Limited said that union members and workers here have great trust in the trade union organization. Because the trade union has played a good role as a bridge for the company to take good care of its workers.
