Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Trang - President of the Trade Union of Kanaan Bao Loc Company Limited said that the union coordinated to organize a Christmas meal for workers.
According to Ms. Trang, Kanaan Bao Loc Co., Ltd. is a 100% Korean-owned enterprise. The company is currently producing backpacks for export, creating jobs for nearly 1,300 workers. Most of them are local people and ethnic minorities in the Central Highlands.
“In order to encourage and share with our religious workers, we organize this special shift meal to connect within the company. Through this, the company aims to unite and live a good life of good religion among Catholic and Protestant workers,” Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Trang shared.
Therefore, the union here has soon developed a plan, organized and mobilized social resources, and supported increasing the value of shift meals from 20,000 VND to 35,000 VND per meal.
Ms. H Goa B Krong, Kanaan Bao Loc Company Limited said she was very surprised and happy to receive a message from the union before the break: "Today's lunch, the union and the company have a small gift for the workers on the occasion of Christmas. Wishing everyone a warm Christmas."
"Each meal is increased compared to the daily meal with 1 box of milk and 1 Kinh Do fresh banh mi, very delicious and high quality" - Ms. H Goa B Krong excitedly said.
According to Ms. H Goa B Krong, near the meal break, the union's messages were sent to the workers' zalo groups. Everyone was happy, not only was the food rations increased, but this was also a spiritual gift for the workers.
Previously, some religious workers often asked for days off during these days to celebrate Christmas, affecting production. This year, the union and company leaders have mobilized and implemented incentive policies, so this no longer happens.
