On July 19, Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation said that the unit had come to work with leaders of communes and wards that had established commune and ward-level trade unions in the province.
This activity aims to grasp the actual situation of trade union activities after the restructuring of the apparatus.

Mr. Nguyen Phu Hoang - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation - emphasized that the implementation of the new model requires close coordination between the Party Committee, government, Front and trade union organizations.
This synchronous coordination will help gradually remove difficulties, perfect the model, put it into practical operation, and serve workers effectively and practically.
In recent times, local leaders have coordinated with the Provincial Federation of Labor to support grassroots trade unions to operate in the right direction and effectively, preparing well for the upcoming Party Congresses at all levels.

Through the work, leaders of wards and communes also hope that the Trade Union organization will proactively develop regulations and programs to coordinate with localities to lead and direct synchronously.

According to statistics up to now, Lam Dong province currently has 1,096 grassroots unions with 90.125 union members.
Currently, there are 11 commune, ward and special zone trade unions in Binh Thuan province (old) established according to the Project of the Binh Thuan Provincial Labor Federation (old).

The Standing Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation is continuing to submit the Draft Project to establish 17 new commune and ward trade unions in the province, after completing the merger of Labor Federations of the three provinces of Binh Thuan, Lam Dong, Dak Nong.
The field survey work in areas with a large concentration of enterprises and workers is being implemented to comprehensively grasp the situation, as a basis for synthesis, propose appropriate and effective solutions to submit to competent authorities for consideration.
