On March 13, Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation announced that the Trade Union of Quang Thai Company Limited had just launched the Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space.
Quang Thai Company Limited operates in the field of agricultural processing and restaurant services in Da Lat city, currently employing more than 300 workers.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Lam, Chairwoman of the company's Trade Union, said that the construction of this space was carried out according to the direction of the superior trade union to create a place for living, studying and exchanging for workers.
This is a meaningful and practical model, helping union members and workers compete to study, follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, Ms. Lam shared.
Immediately after receiving the instructions, the company's trade union coordinated with the enterprise's leadership to implement.
With the support of the superior trade union, the enterprise agreed and jointly built the Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space.
This space displays images, artifacts, documents about Uncle Ho, along with books and newspapers about the trade union organization and labor law. In particular, there is a computer connected to the internet and a QR code for workers to easily look up information.
Mr. Hoang Lien, Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation, emphasized that this model will be a place for meaningful cultural activities for union members and workers.
The Trade Union will also include the content of "Ho Chi Minh Culture" in the widely disseminated dissemination, aiming to replicate the model to raise awareness in studying and following Uncle Ho's teachings.
