Ms. Ro Da Nai Thanh, a teacher at Hien Linh Kindergarten, Da Lat, was happy to be visited by leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor.
Ms. Roda Nai Thanh is a Catholic and currently teaches at a religious school where all the employees are union members. Despite receiving a modest salary from their parents, they are committed and dedicated to their profession.
"We are very grateful to receive visits and encouragement from the provincial union leaders on Christmas. The gifts for union members in difficulty are meaningful and practical" - Ms. Nai Thanh emotionally shared.
On the occasion of Christmas, the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation visited 10 grassroots unions of religious establishments and presented 40 gifts, each worth VND500,000, to Catholic and Protestant union members in difficult circumstances.
This activity helps to grasp the situation of trade unions in units, encourage union members and workers to unite and compete to complete tasks, and at the same time strengthen the relationship between religious followers and the Party, State and trade union organizations.
Thereby, encouraging them to live a "good life and good religion", complying with the Party's policies and the State's laws.
The Provincial Federation of Labor also guides grassroots unions to build strong organizations and actively care for the material and spiritual lives of union members and workers.
