Attending the ceremony were Ms. Vu Thi Giang Huong - Head of Propaganda of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Mr. Pham Ngoc Canh - Deputy Head of Propaganda of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee; Ms. Tran Thi My Hanh - Director of Department of Culture and Sports of Nghe An; Mr. Kha Van Tam - Chairman of Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation; Mr. Phan Xuan Quang - Chairman of Quang Nam Provincial Labor Federation; Mr. Vo Hong Thuan - Director of Center for Services and Communications of Tuoi Tre Newspaper, Head of Organizing the tournament; also attending were representatives of sponsors for the tournament.
After 3 days of exciting competition, on the afternoon of October 13, the Third Place match between Gia Lai Trade Union and Khanh Hoa Trade Union took place. Despite being behind in the first half, Khanh Hoa players had a strong match and came back with a score of 7-5 against Gia Lai Trade Union.
Next was the dramatic final match between Nghe An Trade Union and Quang Nam Trade Union. Both teams had to go to a penalty shootout to find the champion. Here, Nghe An Trade Union players showed their mettle and won the tournament championship with a convincing score of 4-2.
At the closing ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded the Most Impressive Supporter Award to Nghe An Trade Union; the Fair Play Award to Gia Lai Trade Union; the Best Goalkeeper Award to player Phan Thanh Phuc of Quang Nam Trade Union; the Player with the Most Goals Award to player Nguyen Huu Trong of Khanh Hoa Trade Union; the Best Player Award to player Van Quang of Nghe An Trade Union; the Third Prize to Khanh Hoa Trade Union; the Second Prize to Quang Ngai Trade Union; and the First Prize to Nghe An Trade Union.
