On May 24, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the grassroots trade union of Perseption USA Fashion Garment Co., Ltd. has coordinated with professional departments to organize a periodic first aid training program to raise awareness and equip skills to handle emergency situations for officials, employees and team of experts in charge of labor safety at enterprises.
Through the training program, workers and specialists in charge of departments have access to a system of knowledge combined with practical practice on first aid techniques when labor accidents occur, handling situations of cardiac arrest, respiratory arrest, bandaging wounds and fitting fractures. At the same time, students are also guided on quick response steps in emergency incidents at work.
The activity contributes to improving on-site response capacity, helping to minimize risks and consequences caused by labor accidents. At the same time, the program also creates a habit of proactive prevention, raising awareness of compliance with labor safety regulations among all workers.
