On June 9, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the inter-sectoral supervisory delegation chaired by the Provincial Labor Federation had supervised the implementation of labor laws and labor safety and hygiene at Nhat Huy Stone Processing Joint Stock Company.
At the working session, the delegation focused on inspecting and evaluating the compliance with the provisions of the Labor Code, the Law on Occupational Safety and Health and regimes and policies related to employees at enterprises.
In addition, the supervisory delegation also grasped the difficulties and obstacles in the process of production, business and implementation of labor policies of enterprises to promptly guide and support removal.
Supervision activities are aimed at improving the effectiveness of labor law enforcement, ensuring the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers; and at the same time contributing to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations in enterprises, creating a safe working environment and sustainable development.
