On May 24, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the Board of Directors of HiTex Co., Ltd. has coordinated with the company's Trade Union to organize periodic health check-ups for 616 union members and workers working at the enterprise.
The activity is organized to care for the health of workers, ensuring the correct implementation of the provisions of labor law, labor safety and hygiene, and the resolution of the Dong Hieu Commune Party Congress.
In the program, union members and workers were given general examinations, health consultations, and necessary indicator check-ups by doctors to monitor their health status and detect early risks of occupational diseases.
Organizing periodic health check-ups not only helps workers raise their awareness of taking care of their own health but also demonstrates the responsibility of businesses in fully implementing regimes and policies according to the provisions of the Labor Code and the Law on Occupational Safety and Health.
The activity also shows the concern and sense of responsibility of the Board of Directors and the Trade Union organization for the lives and health of union members and workers; contributing to building a safe, stable, harmonious and sustainable working environment.
In the coming time, the Trade Union of HiTex Co., Ltd. will continue to promote its representative role, accompanying businesses in caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
This is a practical activity in response to Workers' Month and Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026; contributing to spreading the image of responsible businesses, always caring for workers.
