Attending the conference were representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, the Provincial Emulation and Reward Committee and leaders of units in the bloc.
The emulation bloc of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of Nghe An province includes the following units: Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, the Provincial Labor Federation, the Provincial Women's Union, the Provincial Farmers' Association, the Provincial Veterans' Association and the Provincial Youth Union. In 2024, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation is the head of the emulation bloc.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Kha Van Tam - Chairman of Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation assessed that the emulation movement and reward work of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in 2024 continued to be innovated and put into order with positive measures, diverse and rich forms, attracting cadres, civil servants, public employees, and union members, contributing significantly to the successful implementation of the political tasks of each organization and the tasks of socio-economic development, national defense, security and foreign affairs of the province.
Well implement the contents of the emulation covenant signed in 2024, carry out the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas", "Fund for the poor", the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations link the implementation of emulation movements with the implementation of Directive 05 with the theme of the year "Studying and following the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh on resolutely fighting and preventing corruption and negativity among cadres and party members"; Implement the policy of the Provincial Party Standing Committee "Launching support for building houses for poor households and households with difficult housing circumstances".
In particular, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province has organized campaigns and patriotic emulation movements that continue to be implemented with creative approaches.
Notably, the Fatherland Front at all levels has called for and mobilized more than 500.2 billion VND, advised the Provincial Party Committee to organize a conference to review 1 year of implementing the Program to mobilize and support the construction and repair of houses for the poor and people with difficult housing circumstances in the period of 2023-2025. After 1 year of implementation, it has supported the construction and repair of 8,440 houses.
Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation launched the patriotic emulation movement in 2024 and celebrated the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union with the theme "Innovation, creativity, emulation to bring the Resolution of the 19th Congress of Nghe An Trade Union and the Resolution of the 13th Congress of Vietnam Trade Union into life"; The program "Tet Sum Vay - Spring Sharing", Nghe An Trade Union at all levels spent nearly 20 billion VND to take care of Tet for nearly 23,000 Union members and workers. As of October 30, 2024, the whole province admitted 19,838 new union members, reaching 100.62% of the target.
Discussing at the conference, delegates focused on implementing patriotic emulation movements; propaganda and mobilization work for union members, association members and people to implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; and the implementation of emulation and reward work of units in the emulation bloc.
The conference honored and proposed the People's Committee of Nghe An province to award the Emulation Flag to the Provincial Veterans Association and a certificate of merit to the Provincial Women's Union.
The Provincial Farmers' Association was elected as Head of the Emulation Bloc of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the province in 2025, and the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee was elected as Deputy Bloc.
