On December 9, the Phu Tho Provincial Federation of Labor informed that Ohashi Tekko VN Company Limited had just successfully organized a congress, aiming for a series of goals in the new term.
Ohashi Tekko VN Co., Ltd. (100% Japanese capital) currently has 53 employees and 100% are union members, of which women account for 64%. For the 2023-2028 term, the company ensures full salary, social insurance and unemployment insurance contributions, no unpaid wages; average income reaches 8.3 million VND/month.
Labor relations are stable, enterprises and trade unions coordinate to develop internal regulations and salary scales, ensuring the rights of workers.
The union has actively cared for the welfare of union members: visiting when they were sick, giving "Tet Sum Vay" gifts, supporting bus tickets to return home, supporting workers in difficulty; the total welfare expenditure is hundreds of millions of VND.
The work of propagating labor policies and laws, mobilizing workers to participate in emulation movements, learning, and complying with discipline is focused on.
However, the union also identified limitations: women's work, organizing movement activities for female workers are not strong; updating union members is not fast; financial allocation is not balanced.
Entering the 2025-2030 term, the Trade Union strives for 100% of employees to be informed about policies and guidelines, 85% to participate in internal communication channels, ensuring timely collection and payment of funds.
Organize at least 2 activities for female workers each year; innovate representation work, protect workers' rights, improve the quality of trade union organizations, aiming to build sustainable development enterprises.
