Union members actively participate in emulation movements launched by higher-level trade unions such as: the movement "Good workers, creative workers"; the movement "Practice thrift, fight corruption and waste"; the movement "Green, clean, beautiful, ensure occupational safety and health".

During the 2025-2030 term, the Executive Board of the Trade Union of SEI Optifrontier Vietnam Co., Ltd. needs to improve the quality of dialogue and collective bargaining, ensuring that the provisions in the collective labor agreement are increasingly beneficial to employees.
