As the central ward of the old city of Viet Tri, Viet Tri ward currently has more than 1,200 enterprises with 14,500 employees, of which 75.8% of enterprises have established trade unions. The rate of union members in units and enterprises accounts for 97% of the total number of workers.
The employment of workers in the ward is basically stable with an average income of about 7 million VND/person/month. Working conditions for workers at units and enterprises are guaranteed. Most businesses have implemented policies for employees well, contributing to encouraging employees to feel secure in sticking with the business.
For the 2025 - 2030 term, the Ward Union has determined the goal of continuing to innovate the content and methods of operation; promote activities to care for the interests, represent and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers.
Along with that, improve the effectiveness of propaganda and education; develop union members, establish grassroots unions, build a strong team of workers and trade union organizations. Actively participate in building the Party and government, contributing to building Viet Tri ward and Phu Tho province to become more and more beautiful and civilized.
In the coming term, strive to develop 300 or more union members; establish grassroots unions in 100% of qualified enterprises; 95% or more of enterprises sign collective labor agreements; introduce 200 outstanding and excellent union members to the Party for training and admission; at least 80% of workers in enterprises are trained and fostered to improve their knowledge and professional skills... Every year, 80% of grassroots unions complete their tasks well or better; Viet Tri Ward Union completes its tasks well or better.
The Congress announced the Decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the Viet Tri Ward Trade Union, term I, 2025 - 2030, consisting of 13 people, Ms. Bui Thi Thu Huong was appointed to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Ward Trade Union for the term 2025 - 2030.
