    Phu Ninh District Labor Federation (Phu Tho province) has just launched a grassroots union, admitting 118 workers into the union organization.

    Phu Ninh District Labor Federation (Phu Tho province) has just held a launching ceremony of the Grassroots Trade Union of SJPN Phu Tho Company Limited.

    SJPN Phu Tho Company Limited has domestic investment capital, headquartered in Zone 14, Phu Ninh Commune. The company has been operating since July 2023 with the main business line of packaging processing and sewing.

    At the ceremony, Phu Ninh District Labor Federation presented the decision to admit 118 workers to the Vietnam Trade Union; and the decision to recognize the provisional executive committee of the company's grassroots trade union.

    The company's trade union executive board has launched and proposed an effective and practical trade union activity program in the coming time, contributing to caring for the lives, protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers; coordinating with employers to effectively implement the grassroots democracy regulations, negotiate and sign collective labor agreements with the motto "workers' rights are guaranteed, welfare is better".

    Also at the ceremony, the Trade Union of SJPN Phu Tho Company Limited held the first Trade Union Congress, electing the Executive Committee for the 2025-2028 term consisting of 3 people.
