On December 29, the Labor Federation (LDLD) of Quang Tri province coordinated with Thien Lanh General Clinic Co., Ltd. to organize a ceremony to announce the decision to admit union members and establish the grassroots Trade Union (CDCS) of Thien Lanh General Clinic Co., Ltd.
At the ceremony, the Trade Union Working Committee announced the decision to admit 28 trade union members; and at the same time appointed the Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union consisting of 3 comrades. Mr. Tran Minh On was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Grassroots Trade Union of Thien Lanh General Clinic Co., Ltd.
Speaking at the ceremony, representatives of the Trade Union Working Committee and unit leaders requested the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union to soon stabilize the organization, develop programs and operating plans suitable to the unit's characteristics; pay attention to effectively implementing the work of caring for, representing, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
The establishment of the Trade Union of Thien Lanh General Clinic Co., Ltd. creates an important foundation for union members and workers to feel secure in their work and be attached to the unit for a long time; and at the same time affirms the role and position of the Vietnam Trade Union organization in the new situation.
