On August 26, the Trade Union of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of Thai Binh province coordinated with Hualida Thai Binh Garment Co., Ltd. (Phuc Khanh industrial park, Thai Binh province) to organize a "Trade Union Meal" for union members, workers.
Attending the "Trade Union Meal" were more than 3,400 union members and employees of Hualida Thai Binh Garment Co., Ltd. Different from the shift meal divided into daily rations, today's "Trade Union Meal" brings together workers to enjoy a tray of many different dishes such as: fried shrimp, chicken, stir-fried beef, rustic soup, and fruits. boiled, yogurt.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Hanh - President of the Trade Union of Hualida Thai Binh Garment Co., Ltd. - said that each meal in today's "Trade Union Meal" is worth more than 62,000 VND. Of which, the Trade Union of Economic Zones and Provincial Industrial Parks supported 40,000 VND, company leaders supported 17,000 VND, and the Company Union supported more than 5,000 VND. Compared to daily shift meals, each meal increases by more than 45,000 VND/serving.
"Coordinating in organizing the Trade Union Meal has really brought benefits and joy to union members and workers of our company. Besides, it has contributed to improving the health of workers, helps them feel secure in production and long-term attachment to the company and the trade union" - Ms. Hanh said.
