Well perform the function of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers. Trade unions at all levels coordinate with employers to organize training and guidance on safe working skills, skills to prevent occupational accidents and diseases and organize periodic health check-ups for workers...
At today's ceremony, the Quynh Phu District Labor Federation awarded 50 workers with outstanding achievements in the "Good workers, creative workers" movement; presented 629 gifts to union members in difficult circumstances and workers who had work-related accidents with a total amount of nearly 730 million VND.
Kien Xuong District Labor Federation awarded 75 outstanding and outstanding workers with an amount of over 50 million VND; awarded the decision to recognize the unit meeting cultural standards in 2023-2024 of Thai Binh Provincial Labor Federation to 61 units.
