According to Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thanh - Chairman of the Union of Poongshin Vina Co., Ltd., last year, despite many difficulties, the company's leaders always tried to find orders to ensure enough work, thereby ensuring income for workers. In addition, the company's Union has encouraged all union members and workers to promote creativity, enthusiasm in production, comply with safety principles in production, create many high-quality products, complete and exceed the targets assigned by the company.
"By 2025, the company's leaders have set a goal of increasing the average salary of employees from 8.1 million VND/person/month to 10 million VND/person/month. During the Lunar New Year 2025, the company will still give 13th month bonuses to employees with the lowest bonus being nearly 400 thousand VND and the highest being nearly 26 million VND. In addition, the company's union also allocated reserve funds to give gifts to all employees of the company, 570 gifts with a total amount of nearly 230 million VND," said Mr. Thanh.
At the program, leaders of the Thai Binh Provincial Federation of Labor, the Economic Zone and Industrial Zone Trade Unions of the province presented 90 gifts to union members, workers in difficult circumstances, families with preferential policies, those infected with dioxin, and those with serious illnesses (each gift included 500,000 VND in cash and a gift worth 300,000 VND).
