10 typical businesses for workers

    Hanoi – On October 2, the City Labor Federation honored 10 outstanding enterprises for workers in 2024.

    The honored enterprises are those with outstanding achievements in implementing labor laws; bringing outstanding economic efficiency, closely associated with the Capital Trade Union in caring for the lives and protecting the rights of workers.

    Activities that the enterprise has coordinated well with the Trade Union include signing Collective Labor Agreements with many provisions beneficial to employees; giving gifts to support employees in difficult circumstances; promptly encouraging and rewarding exemplary employees; creating conditions for employees to study to improve their educational level and skills, etc.

    One of the effects of these activities is to motivate employees to work with peace of mind, stay long-term, and be ready to accompany the business to overcome difficulties.

    The activity to honor 10 typical enterprises for workers was organized by the Hanoi City Labor Federation to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day and the 20th anniversary of Vietnam Entrepreneurs Day. Thereby, it will spread to enterprises, all levels, all sectors and the Trade Union to better care for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers...
