Emulation Cluster No. 6 has 5 member units, including: Hanoi Construction Trade Union, Hanoi Textile and Garment Trade Union, Hanoi Industry and Trade Trade Union, Hanoi Agriculture and Rural Development Trade Union, Hanoi Transport Trade Union. The units under the Cluster manage 328 grassroots trade unions with 56,000 union members/59,000 employees.
Units in the Cluster are interested in focusing on implementing the program "Improving the quality of negotiation, signing and effective implementation of Collective Labor Agreements". Last year, in the whole Cluster, 243 newly signed, amended and supplemented Collective Labor Agreements were sent to the City's Collective Labor Agreement Library. The rate of grassroots trade unions negotiating and signing Collective Labor Agreements has increased in both quantity and quality.
The content of the Collective Labor Agreement has focused more on practical commitments that are more beneficial to employees such as wages, bonuses, job security, improving professional skills, behavioral culture, shift meal quality, salary increase, implementation of the 13th month salary, Tet bonus, travel allowance, breaks and allowances for childbirth, raising children, hardship allowances for employees, etc.
