The training course was attended by officials of the Executive Committee, Inspection Committee of the District Labor Federation; Chairmen and Vice Chairmen of the grassroots Trade Unions under the District Labor Federation.
The training content includes regulations on Trade Unions resolving and participating in complaints and denunciations; procedures for inspection, supervision, disciplinary action and resolution of complaints and denunciations; procedures for receiving Union officials, members and employees who come to make complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections; skills to represent and protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees, etc.
The training course aims to equip the staff of Dong Anh District Union with more knowledge, skills and professional skills in trade union activities. This knowledge is the basis for applying in practice at agencies, units and enterprises to effectively perform the representative role, ensure the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and employees and build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
According to the leader of Dong Anh District Labor Federation, training and fostering professional skills in Trade Union work is one of the regular tasks that the District Labor Federation focuses on and organizes to train skills and professional skills in Trade Union work; providing basic understanding of the organization, principles and methods of operation of the Trade Union.
