Along with the Forum, the Thanh Oai District Labor Federation and the Hanoi Construction Trade Union also honored 95 exemplary union members and workers who are members of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
At the Forum, delegates heard about the 95-year formation and development process (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025) of the Communist Party of Vietnam. Under the leadership of the Party, the Vietnamese working class has continuously grown in both quantity and quality, and is present in all industries and economic sectors. The working class is a particularly important force, playing a role in maintaining and developing production activities, contributing significantly to creating great achievements of historical significance in the renovation period.
On this occasion, the two units jointly commended 95 outstanding union members and workers who are members of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
These are party members with pure moral qualities; internal solidarity; exemplary in work and activities, saying what they do; proposing initiatives and solutions in party building work at the grassroots level; regularly helping colleagues to progress; trusted by the Party Committee, professional bodies, and the Trade Union; trusted and followed by colleagues.
Each of the 95 union members and workers has specific, practical and effective actions and deeds in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's Thought, Ethics and Lifestyle; in training, cultivating ethics, practicing thrift, preventing corruption and waste...
They are also willing to take on new and difficult tasks; have initiatives and improvements in production and labor that are recognized by employers for their beneficial value; have high labor productivity, good product quality, make positive contributions, and improve the competitiveness of enterprises; actively participate in responding to emulation movements launched by the Trade Union and enterprises; actively participate in building the Trade Union organization, building a clean and strong political system...
This timely recognition and reward has encouraged and promoted the spirit of competition in labor and production as well as aroused patriotism, contributing to building the Party and building a clean and strong government among union members and party members in particular, and all union members and workers of the two units in general.
