More than 300 union members and workers participated in the general cleaning

Hanoi – On October 8, the Thanh Tri District Labor Federation said it had mobilized more than 300 union members and workers to participate in a general cleaning to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day.

Accordingly, the Thanh Tri District Labor Federation coordinated with the District Women's Union to organize a general environmental sanitation campaign. This is a practical activity to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024), the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of Thanh Tri District (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024) and to welcome Thanh Tri District to receive the certificate of recognition as a district meeting advanced new rural standards.

In order to ensure urban order, traffic safety, environmental sanitation before, during and after the anniversary days, and at the same time raise awareness of environmental protection, the District Labor Federation calls on every cadre, civil servant, employee, worker, member, and woman in the area to launch a general clean-up of the environment, village roads, alleys, hamlets, agency headquarters, units, etc.

Responding to this activity, more than 300 union members and members took part in the task of cleaning up the environment of village roads, alleys, and headquarters of agencies and units where they live.

It is known that recently, the team of cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and women's union members in Thanh Tri district have joined hands to maintain environmental hygiene, ensuring a bright, green, clean and beautiful urban area.

Many campaigns have received the response of a large number of cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and women's union members, along with many effective models and methods, raising awareness and responsibility of each person in maintaining hygiene and protecting the environment.
