Checking compliance with the Charter and Union finances

Hanoi – On October 23, the Chuong My District Labor Federation announced that the District Labor Federation Inspection Committee inspected compliance with the Union Charter and finances at 47 grassroots unions.

The Inspection Committee of the Chuong My District Labor Federation organized an inspection of the implementation of the Vietnam Trade Union Charter; the management and use of trade union finances of 47 grassroots trade unions. Of which, there are 3 grassroots trade unions outside the state sector.

With the number of inspected grassroots unions, the District Labor Federation has completed the target assigned by the City Labor Federation in 2024.

Through inspections at units, it was found that most grassroots trade unions effectively implemented and disseminated directives and resolutions of trade union congresses at all levels. Trade union activities at the grassroots level closely followed the policies, guidelines, resolutions and direct leadership and direction of the Party Committee, Party Cell and District Labor Federation; developed the operating regulations of the Executive Committee and Inspection Committee; assigned specific tasks to each member and operated effectively.

The Executive Boards of the grassroots Trade Unions have coordinated well with the authorities, heads of agencies, units, and enterprises to carry out propaganda, education, and care for the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of workers. The rights and policies of workers are fully and promptly guaranteed; there have been no complaints about the policies, benefits, etc.
