The Hanoi City Labor Federation launched and encouraged female union members, female workers and civil servants in the capital to wear ao dai suitable for working conditions, ensuring labor safety, and at the same time honoring the beauty of Vietnamese women.

Ao Dai Month will take place in October. The peak is from October 10-20. This is an opportunity for female union members, workers in particular, and women in the capital in general to show their pride in traditional costumes.

The Hanoi City Labor Federation continues to strongly encourage female union members, workers and civil servants to wear Ao Dai throughout October; especially in major events and activities taking place at agencies and localities.
