Long Viet Design and Printing Consulting Joint Stock Company is located in the concentrated craft village production cluster of Tan Trieu commune, Thanh Tri district .
The District Labor Federation said that in order to develop union members, establish grassroots unions and care for and protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers , the District Labor Federation has helped and created conditions to disseminate to the Company's workers about the regime, policies, labor and union laws, the Vietnam Trade Union Charter as well as the role, position and functions of the Vietnam Trade Union organization.
After understanding the law and being persuaded, 12 employees of the Company discussed and agreed to apply to join the Vietnam Trade Union, and agreed on a provisional Trade Union Executive Committee of 3 people. Mr. Vu Tien Dung is the Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union.
After receiving the Decision, Mr. Vu Tien Dung expressed his gratitude to the District Labor Federation and the Company's leaders for creating favorable conditions in the process of propagating and mobilizing workers to join the Trade Union and supporting the process of establishing the Trade Union. This is the basis for the Company's workers to have the opportunity to participate in activities in the Trade Union; to be cared for by the Trade Union, and to have their legitimate and legal rights protected.
The Company's Executive Board will actively propagate and organize training for union members on the rights and obligations of union members, employees and workers in labor relations; regularly launch emulation movements, contributing to the completion of the Company's professional task plan.
