Hanoi - Long Bien District Trade Union Officials are implemented by the District Labor Federation under the Trade Union Law 2024 and the Social Insurance Law 2024.

The Long Bien District Labor Federation coordinated with the District Political Center to organize a training course on trade union work in 2025 for district union officials, focusing on new points of the 2024 Trade Union Law and the 2024 Social Insurance Law.

Including expanding the right to establish, join and operate trade unions for workers without labor relations; expanding the right to join and operate trade unions for foreign workers; regulating the right to join the Vietnam Trade Union of workers' organizations at enterprises; more specifically regulating the rights, responsibilities of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers; the right to supervise and provide social criticism of the Trade Union; cases of exemption, reduction, and suspension of trade union fees; amending and supplementing regulations to clarify the principles of management and use of trade union finances...

According to Mr. Nguyen Truong Giang - Chairman of the Long Bien District Labor Federation, the training course aims to equip grassroots union officials with necessary knowledge and equipment in the process of implementing their professional and operational activities, thereby continuing to innovate union organization and activities to meet the requirements of the new situation.
