The tournament was organized by the People's Committee of Hung Loc commune (Hau Loc district, Thanh Hoa province) in coordination with VietRace365 Joint Stock Company and Xuan Truong Construction Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company.
The race with the message "Song Len Imprint" takes place from January 18-19, 2025, at Hung Loc commune stadium with competition distances of 2km, 500m for students and 5km, 10km, 21km for adults.
This is the first time the race has been held in Hung Loc commune, expected to attract nearly 2,000 athletes. The race will go through the typical routes of the commune, along the Len River dike, highlighting the natural landscape of the North, creating a special impression for the participants.
Modern technology such as automatic timing systems and bib chips will also be used to enhance the professionalism of the tournament. In addition, athletes will have the opportunity to explore famous historical sites of Hau Loc such as Ba Trieu Temple, Sung Nghiem Dien Thanh Pagoda and Dong Ngan Relic Site.
The race is not only a sporting event but also has profound social significance. The organizers will award 700 free entries to students in the commune and use the event’s funds to give Tet gifts to more than 100 disadvantaged households, along with supporting the construction of houses for disadvantaged families with a total cost of more than 300 million VND.
This will be a physical training activity, enhancing solidarity, and enriching the cultural life of the people before the New Year.
