The Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City said that recently, storm No. 3 made landfall in Vietnam and is causing extremely serious consequences for people and property in the northern provinces, including teachers, staff, employees, students working in the education and training sector.
With the spirit of solidarity, sharing, mutual love and affection of cadres, teachers and workers of the city named after Uncle Ho, the Department of Education and Training of the city in coordination with the Education Trade Union of the city organized a campaign to raise funds to support the people of the North affected by storm No. 3.
The subjects that the department calls for mobilization include:
Officials, teachers, and employees of public and non-public kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, and units under the Department of Education and Training of districts and Thu Duc City.
Officials, teachers, and employees of public and non-public high schools, colleges, and units under the City Department of Education and Training.
Students of all public and non-public educational institutions in the city.
In terms of form, the department mobilizes each cadre, teacher, and worker to voluntarily support and share with the people of the North. As for students, they can support from their breakfast savings or other funds to share with students in disaster-stricken areas.
