Dr. Nguyen Xuan Phong - Vice Principal of FPT University, Can Tho branch - said that in Hau Giang province (old) and Soc Trang province (old), FPT Group has invested in building inter-level high schools. In the old city of Can Tho, the unit has a policy of investing in an inter-level high school with a budget of about 200 - 500 billion, but it has not been able to do so yet. Therefore, the school proposed that the city allocate land funds so that the Group can invest in construction.

"The city has certain educational land funds for high schools. We are committed to investing in inter-level schools and advanced programs here quickly when we have land, hoping to contribute more to the city's achievements and movements," Mr. Phong proposed.

With the orientation to 2033, transfer from Nam Can Tho University to Nam Can Tho University, Dr. Nguyen Van Quang - Principal of the school - proposed that the City People's Committee pay attention to and support the work of land allocation, construction and expansion of the unit's facilities, meeting development needs and improving training quality.

The school also aims to increase the scale of Nam Can Tho University Hospital from 300 beds to 1,000 beds in phase 2. At the same time, it is expected to build a nursing home in the old Phong Dien district with a scale of about 100 hectares.

"We need to expand the land area so that in the future, schools under Nam Can Tho University can have headquarters. The construction of Nam Can Tho University Hospital Phase 2 also needs a plan to be implemented. In addition to hospitals and nursing homes, we also want to research eco-tourism. Since then, foreigners coming to Can Tho can both relax and visit for medical examination. Therefore, the school hopes that the city will help increase land funds to be able to develop facilities, said Mr. Quang.
