Can Tho - As the integration trend is growing, human resources fluent in foreign languages are being sought after by many companies and businesses.

Grasp the needs of employers

Faced with increasingly competitive job markets, many students have proactively sought out and grasped the needs of employers through websites, job fairs, etc. to practice, improve skills, and open up opportunities for themselves.

Participating in a job fair organized by the school, Tran My Huyen - an economics student (Can Tho University) - hopes to find a suitable position for herself. Through research, My Huyen realized that, in addition to experience, foreign language ability is also something that many employers are currently interested in. Accordingly, if you are good at foreign languages, you will have the opportunity to develop in both domestic and international enterprises.

Tran Son Khang - a student majoring in business administration (Can Tho University) - said that participating in job fairs and festivals helps him grasp the needs of employers, learn interview skills, and write a CV (resume) to attract businesses.

After consulting with companies and businesses, the male student realized that he had more potential and was more suitable than a job he had previously thought. Multinational companies and businesses are especially interested in and have high requirements for foreign language ability and professional skills of candidates. This further motivated Son Khang to improve his skills, especially foreign languages, in the future to meet the needs of employers.
