The movie "Get Rich with Ghosts" tells the story of Lanh ( Tuan Tran ), who is a good and gentle guy, goes to work in the morning and takes extra classes at night to get a high school diploma. However, he suddenly "fell apart", turned to cockfighting and wanted to make a lot of money.
During a debt evasion, Lanh was struck by lightning and was able to see Na's ghost. The two quickly came to an agreement, Lanh helped Na find her daughter who had been lost for 25 years, and she helped him get rich.
Lanh forces Na to help him win the lottery. Having no other choice, Na had to "switch numbers". As a result, she had to confront countless other ghosts who also "picked numbers" to bless her loved ones.
In contrast to the melodious music, there is a scene of "hair pulling and eye gouging" by the entire ghost group. Everyone competes to get the same number as the ticket their relative bought.
Na's sleeves were torn off, she was punched, kicked, and her legs were pulled. She also did not respond well when she responded to the opponent's side, creating a scene of tired laughter.
Diep Bao Ngoc shared: "This is a scene Ngoc is quite fond of because it has both psychological elements and action. This is the first time Ngoc has played such a bruising scene in a movie.
When practicing, you also have to calculate how to fall beautifully without getting seriously injured. You have to memorize the movements to perform them smoothly for a long scene. It took many times to complete this scene, but Ngoc felt very satisfied."
The movie "Get Rich with Ghosts" has an early screening from 6:00 p.m. on August 29 and officially opens on August 30, 2024 in theaters nationwide.
