From October 30 to November 3, the IFFE 2025 International Fermented Food Exhibition - the largest trade promotion event in the field of fermented foods in Korea - will take place in Jeonbuk province (Korea).
This year's exhibition brings together more than 320 domestic booths and representatives from more than 10 countries, attracting the attention of hundreds of businesses, importers and visitors.
At the event, 6 typical enterprises of Dak Lak province brought many typical agricultural products such as: Coffee, macadamia nuts, Briet rice, banana, cocoa and OCOP products.

Dak Lak's booths attract a large number of visitors to learn and shop, contributing to introducing the image of Central Highlands agricultural products to the world.
A representative of the Department of Industry and Trade of Dak Lak province said that participating in IFFE 2025 is part of a series of friendly cooperation programs between Dak Lak and Jeonbuk province, a relationship that has been maintained for the past 7 years.
This promotion not only promotes the local image but also helps businesses expand markets, promote international trade and investment.
At the exhibition, MISS EDE brand continues to impress with Dak Lak specialty coffee and chocolate.
Mr. Hoang Danh Huu, the brand founder, shared: "The Department of Industry and Trade of Dak Lak province has created conditions for businesses to promote and trade products to Korean consumers."
Thanks to the connection between the two localities, MISS EDE has exported a shipment of 3,600 packages of finished coffee to the Korean market.

Ms. Pham Thi Thu Hang, Director of Po Lang Production and Trading Company Limited, commented that the Korean market is opening up many potentials for Vietnamese agricultural products, especially deeply processed products, environmentally friendly and of clear origin.
According to her, this is a valuable opportunity for businesses to promote their brands, especially Dak Lak avocados - a product with great potential in the Korean cosmetics industry.
With the participation of more than 100 international importers and about 130,000 visitors, IFFE 2025 is an opportunity for Dak Lak to affirm its position as a local agricultural product.
At the same time, this is also an opportunity for the province to promote trade cooperation between Dak Lak - Jeonbuk in particular and Vietnam - Korea in general.
