On August 10, at the headquarters of An Giang Provincial Police, the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order organized the issuance and exchange of Party member cards on the National Population, Identification and Electronic Authentication Database platform. There are 160 Party members of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee; Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee; Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee and Party Committee of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.
This is an activity within the roadmap to modernize the management of Party members, associated with the effective implementation of Project 06 of the Government on "Developing the application of population data, identification and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period of 2022 - 2025, with a vision to 2030".
The process of issuing and exchanging documents is carried out scientifically and synchronously, ensuring information security and safety, shortening the time for processing documents, creating maximum convenience for party members. Integrating party member data into the electronic identification system not only helps improve accuracy and transparency in management, but also supports quick lookup and authentication when necessary, minimizing paperwork. The issuance and renewal of Party members' cards on digital platforms is an important step, contributing to building a synchronous data system between Party agencies and the police force, towards the goal of building a digital government, digital society and digital citizens in An Giang.
In the coming time, An Giang Provincial Police will continue to coordinate with relevant agencies and units to promote propaganda, guidance and implementation of issuance and exchange for all Party members in the province, ensuring that all information is standardized, accurate and managed on a modern digital platform, contributing to improving the effectiveness of administrative reform and serving people and organizations better and better.
