At 10 am on June 10, during the coordination of tasks at the Van Uc river route in An Quang commune, a task force including the Reconnaissance Team and River Police Team 2 (Traffic Police Department) received a signal, needing urgent support from vehicle BN 3393 traveling from upstream to downstream.
Immediately after that, the Task Force quickly approached and discovered a woman lying down on the deck of the ship, showing signs of stroke, with the risk of serious life-threatening if not given timely first aid. After first aid, the Task Force quickly used a speedboat to take the victim to Kien An Hospital (Hai Phong) for timely emergency treatment.
Through investigation, it was learned that the victim was Ms. N.T. H (born in 1996, residing in Bac Ninh province, a crew member of ship BN 3393). Due to working in hot weather and background medical history, Ms. H showed signs of stroke, falling head and face onto the ship floor and then convulsing and foaming at the mouth. Currently, Ms. H's health is out of danger and is being cared for by her family.
