On May 8, the Department of Finance of Da Nang City announced a request for businesses in the area to urgently review and supplement necessary information before June 25. This is part of the roadmap to implement Project 06 of the Government on developing the application of population data, identification and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period of 2022-2025, with a vision to 2030.
Accordingly, businesses need to focus on updating citizen identity information (CCCD) of legal representatives. Among them, information about the head of the branch, representative office, and business location also needs to be reviewed and guaranteed accuracy, matching the current business registration certificate. The full and accurate update of this information is an important step to ensure the granting of electronic identification for businesses is convenient and effective, contributing to promoting the process of digital transformation in management and business activities.
The Da Nang Department of Finance also noted that, in addition to updating CCCD information, if the enterprise has any other changes related to the registered information, such as business name, head office address, list of members contributing capital, etc., it is necessary to simultaneously carry out the registration and adjustment procedures according to regulations.
Regarding the application submission procedure, businesses can choose one of two forms: submit directly or submit online.
